End-to-end prototype development spanning electronics, embedded firmware, mechanical design, and fabrication. Each discipline is developed together so the finished system works as a complete product.

Electronics

Circuit design, component selection, PCB development, and system integration.

Embedded Firmware

Microcontroller firmware, device control, communications, and hardware integration.

Mechanical & Fabrication

CAD, 3D printing, machining, industrial design, and prototype fabrication.

System Prototyping

Bringing hardware, firmware, mechanics, and fabrication together into a working prototype.

Focused Tools. Clear Boundaries.

Zayden Prototype Lab is a specialized, single-engineer workshop focused on fast, tightly integrated electromechanical prototyping. To keep development efficient and technically coherent, projects are completed within a focused toolchain:

Mechanical CAD and industrial design — Rhino 3D

PCB and circuit design — KiCad

Embedded platform — STM32 Arm Cortex-M microcontrollers

Firmware — Bare-metal C

Fabrication — Precision turning, milling, and manual/CNC subtractive machining

Native project development is not performed in SolidWorks or Altium, and the Arduino platform is not part of the standard firmware stack. The workshop also does not provide consumer mobile-app development, cloud infrastructure, database engineering, or general web-software development.

The focus is the physical electromechanical core of the product. At handoff, your team receives the relevant design files, firmware source, and documented hardware and firmware interfaces needed to continue development.
